Online Community Manager

Join the Community Management Team at CafeMom. Work behind the scenes to help us set policies about what is acceptable on CafeMom and enforce those policies. Be one of the voices of CafeMom and communicate directly with members.

The ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills, an ability to understand complex situations and make decisions on the fly. They will be proactive and be able to work independently, as well as part of a fast-moving team. In addition we’re looking for someone with strong judgment and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Prior experience in a community management role or customer service is a big plus.

This is a full-time position based onsite at CafeMom offices in New York City. Ability to work a flexible schedule including late-night hours or weekends from home is a plus.
