VP Content Management

The Content Manager is directly responsible for all content on the website. This person will be responsible for engaging all relevant groups, including Legal, Compliance, Operations, Content, Tech, Strategy and Support to ensure compliance to all regulatory restrictions, while adhering to the overall vision and innovation of the  brand.

The Content Manager should grow the site by delivering fresh and innovative content. Focus on building brand loyalty through consistent tone and style while ensuring that content is kept up to date, and relevant to the needs of the member community. Some of the key day to day responsibilities include,

  • Ensuring all content and copy on the site is fresh and updated to reflect the most recent learnings on financial life management
  • Engaging appropriate vendors based on overall site direction and strategy. Sourcing new vendors to provide additional content or products, as needed
  • Managing internal and external search engine optimization. Building relationships and working with internal and external teams to ensure alignment to site strategy.
  • Administering the Content Management tool and all inherent workflows to appropriately engage legal and Information Security feedback on all new  content
  • Developing requirements based on direct user feedback from the site while ensuring overall strategic alignment to overall vision
  • Analyzing user analytics to determine alignment of all new content throughout the site. Ongoing reviews of layout, navigation and general information access to ensure users are reaching all areas of the site.
  • Managing the release calendar and schedule. Engage all relevant groups to ensure deadlines and milestones are attained on time and on budget.
