Great Service

 This morning, I pulled out my Bose noise canceling headphones, one of my most cherished possessions. When I turned the ear cup to put them on, the headband cracked. I use these headphones on every plane I go on nowdays and since I have another trip to Europe next week, I was horrified.

I called the Bose customer service immediately and the guy on the other end offered to do a warranty swap out immediately. I won’t have them in time for the trip next week, but as soon as I’m back, I’ll be getting them swapped out. I’m amazed at how good the experience was. For $300 headphones, that’s what you’d expect. From Bose, that’s what you’d expect. And that’s exactly what I got.
