The Community Next event is coming up in early next month and looks to be a fantastic event. They have one last open speaking spot and are relying on the community to vote for their favorite topic.
I threw my ring in the hat and could use your help (if you like my topic, of course) in getting my session selected. If you are interested in helping out – head over to the voting page. Then be sure to check out the event line-up – it’s going to be great fun!

The community ecosystem is that amazing social environment created when companies and consumers work. Like any ecosystem it can be fragile if not handled correctly. Jake McKee will look at what companies like LEGO, Macromedia, and March of Dimes have done right…and wrong. We’ll also look at how to best nurture that ecosystem in order to avoid fan burnout, maintain balance between community and company goals, and drive business success.
