Judge Gerald Bruce Lee of Alexandria, Va., ruled that the site is protected from suit based on user comments under the federal Communications Decency Act. The case involved a franchise of car dealers–Nemet Chevrolet of Jamaica, N.Y., and Thomas Nemet, the proprietor of Nemet Motors–who sued the Fairfax, Va.-based site in March after users complained about the dealerships.”

When you jump in the middle of the process, you sacrifice the most important component of what makes a community work (and what makes it sustainable, too) – the groundswell. The legwork of going out and talking to people and asking them what they want from you. How you can support them. Connect them. Empower them.”
“Firefox and Internet Explorer extension for capturing screenshots of web pages. Looks to be pretty robust.”
