Earlier this week I wrote about the problems with calling your customers “weirdos”. The Mastercard commercial below reminded me how this phenomenon shows up in many parts of our life. Everyone’s weird unless it’s us being weird. Then it’s normal, comfortable, and supportive.
UPDATE:Apparently I’m not the only one that thinks this way.

It's a fine line between weird and individualistic. If you build a big enough community of weirdness, does weirdness become normal? That would explain a lot, and is in itself a little weird.
